Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@didilondon.com within 14 days of delivery with your  order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm your intention to return and provide you with the return address.

Return postage is at buyer's own cost.* All items returned has to be in unworn / unused with the original packaging and tags intact. Once we receive your returns, we will refund you via the original method of payment.
